Vossier, Bernard - The Wall Street Transcript

BERNARD VOSSIER was appointed CEO of Stolt Comex Seaway as of May 23,
1995. He previously served as COO of Stolt Comex Seaway from December
1994 to May 1995. Mr. Vossier joined Comex in 1974 and has held numerous
management positions in operations and marketing.
