Bernard F. Reynolds

BERNARD F. REYNOLDS, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, co-founded
ASI Solutions, Inc. in 1978. Before ASI, he served as Senior Vice
President for Human Resources Training at Prudential Securities and
prior to that, at Dean Witter Reynolds. Mr. Reynolds holds a BA in
Sociology from St. John’s University and an MBA in Management and
Finance at Adelphi University. In addition, he serves on the Advisory
Board of Save the Children and is a member of the Council of Stewards of
the Archdiocese of Rockville Center.
