Bengt Odner

BENGT ODNER is CEO of Environmental Solutions Worldwide, Inc. He has
also been Director of Crystal Fund Bermuda Ltd., and Financial Director
of Crystal Fund Managers Ltd., since 1996. From 1990 to 1996, Mr. Odner
was Chairman of Altus Nord AB in Gothenburg, Sweden, a wholly owned
subsidiary of Credit Lyonnais Bank in Paris. From 1987 to 1990, he was
Financial Director of Martin Gates Productions Ltd. Other previous
positions include Director of Sunny Corporation and Group Financial
Director of Whitwell and Cole. Mr. Odner received a BA in Finance from
Boston University and an MBA in Finance from Babson College.
