Barry Susson

BARRY SUSSON joined Deb Shops, Inc., as Chief Financial Officer in
February 2003. From September 2000 to January 2003, he was Vice
President of Finance of Forman Mills, Inc.; from October 1998 to August
2000, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of
Dollar Express, Inc. and from July 1984 to September 1998, he was
employed by Ernst & Young LLP, where from October 1, 1992, he was a
Senior Manager. Mr. Susson is a CPA and a graduate of Penn State
University. He is a member of both the Pennsylvania and American
Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.
