Barry Herring

BARRY HERRING is Chief Financial Officer of Hawker Resources Inc. Mr.
Herring received his Chartered Accountant designation in 1983 and brings
22 years of accounting and oil and gas experience to Hawker. He has held
senior finance positions at UMC Resources, Ocean Energy and Calpine
Canada. Most recently, he held the position of Chief Financial Officer
with Southward Energy Limited.
