Avi Goldshtein

AVI GOLDSHTEIN has served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
of ECtel Ltd. since 1992 and as Secretary and Manager of Logistics and
Administration since 1997. Mr. Goldshtein holds a BA in Economics and
Foreign Relations and an MA in Economics and Business Administration
from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
