Avi Fogel

AVI FOGEL is President and Chief Executive Officer of Network-1 Security
Solutions, Inc. Mr. Fogel is a 20-year veteran of high technology, with
specific expertise in the areas of networking and network security. Mr.
Fogel was recruited in 1998 to Network-1 Security Solutions, Inc., a
leader in distributed network intrusion prevention products that allow
organizations to open up for e-business. Prior to Network-1, Mr. Fogel
was President, CEO and co-Founder of CommHome Systems Corporation, a
networking startup. Mr. Fogel also held positions as Vice President of
Global Marketing at Digital Equipment Corporation, Executive Vice
President of Global Marketing with LANNET, Data Communications Ltd. and
President and CEO of LANNET America. Mr. Fogel graduated from Technion,
the Israeli Institute of Technology, with a degree in Electronic
Engineering and served as a Project Officer in the Israeli Defense
Forces.
