Atul Tucker

ATUL TUCKER serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Attronica
Computers, Inc. Co-founding Attronica in 1983, Mr. Tucker has grown the
company from a small business of five employees to over 50 employees,
two locations, and revenues reaching over $40 million in 2003. With more
than 30 years of experience in the telecommunications and computer
industries, Mr. Tucker oversees corporate finances, new business
expansions and overall company initiatives. Prior to founding Attronica,
Mr. Tucker served in various financial, sales, marketing and technology
executive management positions, including General Manager at Tri-
Electronics and Assistant Vice President for Marketing at American
Satellite Corporation. Mr. Tucker holds a Bachelor of Technology degree
in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology,
Bombay, India, a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from
the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, Illinois, and a Master of
Business Administration from Loyola University, Chicago, Illinois.
