Arthur Wong

ARTHUR WONG is Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer of Genesis
Land Development Corp. and is a Registered Professional Engineer in the
Province of Alberta. He obtained his BSc in Mechanical Engineering
(University of Alberta) Co-operative Program in 1984, and is a co-
founder of the original Genesis group of companies (now amalgamated as
Genesis Land Development Corp.) with Mr. Gobi Singh in 1991. Together,
they have built Genesis from its roots to a company with assets of more
than $250 million, and together, their families own 44% of the
outstanding shares in Genesis Land Development Corp.
