Anthony Barone

ANTHONY BARONE is a 1971 graduate of West Virginia University where he
holds a Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in Accounting. Mr.
Barone is married with three grown children and has been a resident of
Grand Rapids since 1995. The first thirteen years of Barone’s career
were spent in Public Accounting, six of which he was a partner in the
accounting firm of Yount, Hyde and Barbour located in Virginia. Mr.
Barone’s areas of responsibilities were accounting, auditing, mergers,
and acquisitions. The concentration of his clients were in the banking
industry. In 1984, Mr. Barone accepted the CFO position for O’Sullivan
Corporation, an American Stock Exchange Company located in Winchester,
Virginia. O’Sullivan Corporation is involved in plastic manufacturing
for original equipment in the automotive industry. After eleven years of
service to O’Sullivan Corporation, Mr. Barone joined the Tower
Automotive Team in May 1995 in a similar position he held at O’Sullivan
Corporation. Mr. Barone’s wide range of responsibilities include Tower
Automotive’s Accounting, Finance, Administration, and Information
Systems.
