Andy Rosch

ANDY ROSCH is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Roesch AG
Medizintechnik. Mr Rosch is one of the founders of Rosch AG
Medizintechnik. He looks back on 16 years of professional experience, 14
of these in medical technology. Upon the foundation of Rosch GmbH
Medizintechnik in 1990 he became the Managing Director of the company.
As the Chairman of Rosch AG Medizintechnik he is not only responsible
for the strategic management, but also heads the Sales/Distribution,
Marketing and Investor Relations departments. Mr Rosch was a member of
the Supervisory Board of Hortmannn AG for a time. Since December 1999 Mr
Rosch has also been a member of the Board of Directors of AMER. Mr Rosch
retired from the Board of Directors of AMER with effect of 24 February
2000.
