Andy Pomfret

ANDY POMFRET was appointed Chief Executive in October 2004 at Rathbone
Brothers. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Peat, Marwick,
Mitchell & Co. spent over 13 years with Kleinwort Benson (now Dresdner
Kleinwort Wasserstein) as a Corporate Financier, Venture Capitalist and
latterly Finance Director of Kleinwort Benson Private Bank. He was
appointed to the Board in 1999. He is also a Non-Executive Director of
Beazley Group plc.
