ANDR IMBEAU is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of
CGI Group Inc. In October 1976, Mr. Imbeau co-founded CGI Group with
Serge Godin. During the company’s early years, Mr. Imbeau acted as
consultant to many CGI clients, in addition to fulfilling administrative
and financial responsibilities. Mr. Imbeau is a member of the Board of
Directors of CGI and its subsidiaries. Since 1996, he has been a member
of the Board of Directors of the Fondation de l’Hpital Charles-Lemoyne.
Since 1994, Mr. Imbeau has been a member of the Financial Executives
Institute (FEI Canada), an association representing North America’s
senior financial executives.
PAULE DOR is Executive Vice President and Chief Corporate Officer of
CGI Group Inc. She is responsible for marketing communications, quality,
human resources and leadership development, communications and knowledge
management. She is also a member of the company’s senior management team
and serves on its Board of Directors and its Management Committee. For
more than 20 years, Ms. Dore has held various leadership and management
positions. She was President of the Board of Trade of Metropolitan
Montreal in 1996-1997 and Chair of the Board in 1997-1998. She is
currently Chair of the Board of the Montreal Design Institute and a
member of the Board of Directors of AXA Insurance Canada. She is also
actively involved in a number of Montreal-area charitable organizations.
