AMY E. BUSH is a Portfolio Manager for both the convertible securities
and equity growth products and a Director for Victory Capital
Management. She joined the firm and/or an affiliate in 1992. Prior to
her tenure as Portfolio Manager, Ms. Bush was a convertible research
analyst for Victory and a credit analyst for a former KeyCorp entity,
Society Bank. Ms. Bush earned a BA degree from Miami University and an
MBA degree from Case Western Reserve University. In addition, she is a
Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.
