Allen Tepper

ALLEN TEPPER has served as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive
Officer and President of PMR Corporation and it’s subsidiary companies
since inception in 1988. He holds a Masters of Business Administration
degree from Northwestern University and a Bachelors degree from Temple
University. Mr. Tepper has guided the Company through several rounds of
venture and public financing and has led the development of the
organization from start-up operations to its current three-product line
configuration. Mr. Tepper has had a long career as a senior health care
and financial executive. First as a co-founder of Barclay Associates,
and then as the co-founder in 1979 of Consolidated Medical Corporation,
he has had experience in all phases of health care, finance and business
management. Mr. Tepper’s particular expertise is in the creation and
initiation of new health care ventures. These include the first for-
profit hospital related and independent medical offices, and a physician
management firm managing over forty hospital-based group practices.
