Allen L. Shulman

ALLEN L. SHULMAN is Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel at
Interland, Inc. As Interland’s leading legal and financial strategist,
Mr. Shulman taps into the breadth of experience he has accumulated for
more than 25 years. Prior to joining Interland, he served as Executive
Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel at CheckFree
Corporation, a provider of electronic commerce services and software.
From 1983 to 1996, he held executive level finance, operations and legal
positions with United Refrigerated Services, the second-largest
refrigerated logistics company. From 1974 to 1983, Mr. Shulman practiced
law in New Jersey and Chicago. Mr. Shulman earned a Bachelor’s degree
from Rutgers College and a Law degree from Suffolk University Law
School. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Illinois and Georgia.
