Alberto Maria Maturi

ALBERTO MARIA MATURI has been Deputy General Manager and Chief Financial
Officer of the Company, since 1997. From 1990 until 1997 he worked in a
variety of roles inside of the administrative department, becoming Chief
Administration Officer. He is also Managing Director of the fund
management company Fondi Alleanza, Chairman of the treasury company
Alleanza Investments and Director of several other companies within and
outside the Generali Group. Mr Maturi graduated in Economics at the
Libera Universit Internazionale degli Studi Sociali (Luiss) of Rome in
1985.
