Alan W. Tuck

ALAN W. TUCK has been Chief Strategic Officer at Organogenesis Inc.
since 1997. Prior to joining Organogenesis, he held senior management
positions in several biotechnology firms, including Biogen, Immulogic
and T Cell Sciences. Mr. Tuck serves on the Board of Directors of Apogee
Technology, Biocode and Genzyme Transgenics.
