ALAN S. McKIM founded Clean Harbors, Inc., in 1980 and is Chairman of
the Board, President, and Chief Executive Officer. He serves as a
director of most of the company’s subsidiaries. Mr. McKim holds an MBA
from Northeastern University. He has been a Director of the company
since its formation.
