Alan S. Kelley

ALAN S. KELLEY has been the Fund Manager of the STI Classic E-Commerce
Opportunity Fund since the Fund’s inception in October 1999. Prior to
the launch of the Fund, Mr. Kelley served as a Portfolio Manager at
SunTrust Bank, Atlanta from 1995 to 1999. Prior to his role at SunTrust,
he worked in investment management for Urban Equities in Atlanta,
Georgia and in real estate development for The Landmarks Group in
Berlin, Germany. Mr. Kelley received his Bachelor’s degree from Duke
University and an MBA from Emory University.
