Alan Lefkof

ALAN LEFKOF is President and Chief Executive Officer of Netopia, Inc. He
joined Netopia as President and a member of the Board of Directors in
August 1991 and has been Chief Executive Officer since November 1994.
Prior to joining Netopia, Mr. Lefkof served as President of GRiD
Systems, and as a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company. Mr.
Lefkof received a BS in Computer Science from the Massachusetts
Institute of Technology in 1975 and an MBA from Harvard Business School
in 1977.
