Adam M. Hutt

ADAM M. HUTT is Manager (G.P.) of Leviti-cus Partners, L.P. He is also a
special situation analyst at Ladenburg, Thalmann. Mr. Hutt was a retail
broker from 1985 to 1993, the last three years at Prudential Securities.
He left Prudential Securities to start an investment letter and the
research department at I.A. Rabinowitz & Co., a small investment
boutique. Mr. Hutt has a finance degree from the University of Maryland.
He is an avid biker and hiker and is getting married in August.
