LEO S. ULLMAN is Chairman and President of Cedar Income Fund, Ltd. He
received an AB degree from Harvard College , JD degree from Columbia
University School of Law and an MBA degree from Columbia University
Graduate School of Business. Mr. Ullman was admitted to the New York Bar
in March 1966. Prior to his position in Cedar Income Fund, Mr. Ullman
practiced law in New York City, among other things as partner in the
firm Ullman, Miller & Wrubel, partner and head of the real estate group
at Reid & Priest and counsel to Schnader, Harrison, Segal & Lewis. Mr.
Ullman was an Adjunct Professor of International Business at the NYU
Graduate School of Business 1970 ' 1977. From 1978 to date, Mr. Ullman
has been the Chairman and CEO of a number of real estate management
companies including SKR and Brentway Management Companies, API
management Services Corp. and Amvest Properties, Inc. Mr. Ullman has
lectured and written monographs on various aspects of real estate and
