RICHARD OWEN is Chairman and CEO of the leading mobile infrastructure software and services provider, AvantGo, Inc. He has a unique perspective on the wireless industry, having directed major operations on each of the three continents driving wireless ' namely Asia, Europe and North America. He hales from Liverpool, England, and spent his post- university years with the big five consulting firm KPMG in London before heading to the States to earn a Master's degree from MIT's Sloan School of Management.
