MARK E. BENNETT has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of
the company since November 1997 and Director of the company since
September 1997. Mr. Bennett joined MedCom USA after founding Link
International Technologies, which was acquired by MedCom USA in January
1997. Link was one of several companies directed by Mr. Bennett that
focused on combining the latest point of sale technology with the
electronic delivery of financial information. Upon recognizing the need
for the cost-effective delivery of medical information to all segments
of the multitrillion-dollar healthcare industry, Mr. Bennett pioneered
the use of these technologies in the medical field. This strategic
change in direction under Mr. Bennett's guidance helped to turn the
company's prospects toward a bright future as a leader in the healthcare
information industry. Combining Mr. Bennett's extensive background in
the technology and transaction processing fields with the relationships
he fostered among the leaders in these industries has enabled MedCom USA
to forge alliances and partnerships that have expanded the opportunities
and growth potential for the company. Profile
