STEVEN C. HOSIER is Vice President Corporate Finance Of Miller Johnson &
Kuehn, Inc. For the past 6 years Steve has worked in the research and
corporate finance departments at Miller, Johnson & Kuehn, Inc. where he
currently holds the title of Vice President Corporate Finance. While in
the research group at MJK, he took a regional rather than an industry
approach to his universe, focusing on small cap stocks located in the
upper midwest. He has maintained that regional focus since moving to the
corporate finance side of the business a little over a year ago. Prior
to joining MJK in 1991, Steve was the corporate finance side of the

was the Minneapolis branch manager for a midwest based brokerage firm, a
position he held for three years. Steve has undergraduate and graduate
degrees in history from Ohio State University and the University of
Oregon. He is a member of AIMR and the Twin Cities Society of Securities
Analyst. He is married with two children and enjoys spending time with
