MARK P. MCGRAW is the CEO of Yankee Advisers LLC. He earned a BS degree
in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado in Boulder,
concentrating in Environmental Engineering. Mr. McGraw earned an MBA

JOSEPH A. MCGRAW is the Chairman and founder of Yankee Advisers LLC. He
earned a Liberal Arts degree from the College of the Holy Cross and
served in the United States Air Force as a Captain and fighter pilot.
Mr. McGraw worked for Smith Barney & Company and helped to found, and
served as a Director of, Broad Street Capital, Manchester Management and
