RAJ TUMULURI founded Openstream in 1997 and has served as Chief
Executive Officer since inception. Mr. Tumuluri is responsible for
articulating and positioning Openstream's unique vision within a
constantly evolving marketplace. His efforts are also focused on
architecting new product offerings and developing Openstream's
management team. Prior to Openstream, Mr. Tumuluri held several
executive positions at NYNEX-Bell Atlantic in Asia and the USA where he
led product development in Broadband/ATM, Video-on-Demand and Advanced
Intelligent Network (AIN) Services. Prior to joining NYNEX-Bell
Atlantic, he held several project management positions at Infosys
Technologies, NOVELL' and APPLE' in India. Mr. Tumuluri has an MS degree
in Computer Engineering. Profile
PIERRE G. ROY is VP International Business Development at Openstream. He
is responsible for Openstream's business development efforts, and also
manages the company's legal and regulatory affairs. Prior to Openstream,
Mr. Roy was a member of the telecoms corporate finance group of Clifford
Chance, the world's largest law firm. He also worked at Stikeman
Elliott, Canada's leading law firm, and as a Political Assistant to the
Federal Communications Minister of Canada. Mr. Roy holds a dual JD
