JAMES E. STARK has 14 years of corporate finance experience, including
IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, treasury, accounting, and SEC reporting.
Mr. Stark originally joined ABS in September 1999 as Corporate
Controller and was promoted to President and Chief Financial Officer in
January 2000 and served in that capacity until his resignation in June
of that year. Prior to rejoining ABS, Mr. Stark served as an independent
consultant for startup and high-tech companies in the Midwest region of
the United States. Prior to ABS, he was the Director of Investor
Relations and Strategic Planning for Transcrypt International, Inc., the
market leader in voice encryption technology. Mr. Stark served as
Director of Finance for America West Airlines, the nation's ninth
largest carrier with over $2.0 billion in revenue. Jim was instrumental
in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of AWA's 3,500-employee
ground and customer service teams at over 56 airports across the
country. He served in a variety of management positions for Greyhound
Lines in Dallas, the largest intercity bus company in North America. Profile
