ROBERT J. SKANDALARIS is the Founder, President and CEO of Noble
International, Ltd., a NASDAQ automotive parts supplier and logistics
company. Prior to founding Noble, Mr. Skandalaris was a shareholder and
Vice Chairman of The Oxford Investment Group. Oxford, a merchant banking
firm, successfully acquired and sold distressed automotive parts
suppliers, distribution companies and financial service providers. Mr.
Skandalaris was also the Founder of the Professional Services Group at
Prudential-Bache Securities where he was a Senior Vice President and
member of its Chairman's counsel. Mr. Skandalaris began his career as a
Certified Public Accountant with Touche Ross & Co. He holds a BS from
Michigan State University and MSA from Eastern Michigan University. Profile
