WILLIAM J. WEYAND is the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive
Officer of Structural Dynamics Research Corporation. He joined SDRC in
1997. His career has been marked by consistent revenue and profitability
growth in those operations under his directions. Prior to joining SDRC,
Mr. Weyand served as Executive Vice President of Measurex Corporation, a
$600 million NYSE company and a world leader in the process control
industry and Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM), which was recently
acquired by Honeywell Corporation. Mr. Weyand currently serves on the
Board of Directors for: Manufacturers' Services Ltd. in Massachusetts;
TechSolve in Cincinnati, Ohio; Ohio River Valley Chapter of the
Arthritis Foundation; and the Greater Cincinnati Regional Technology
Initiative Angel Board. He received his BBA in Marketing with a minor in
