STEVE KILLELEA, CEO and founder of Integrated Research Ltd., has over 20
years of experience in the information technology industry. Highly
skilled in market, business and product strategy, he has developed two
highly profitable worldwide companies with exceptional track records.
Mr. Killelea's early background in performance consultancy and software
development enabled him to create his first company, Software Products,
which successfully developed and marketed Tandem software products
internationally. This company was eventually publicly listed on NASDAQ
and he sold his interests very profitably in the mid-1990s. Mr.
Killelea's second venture is Integrated Research (IR). This Australia-
based software company markets its integrated systems management product
suite to over 60 countries and has blue chip customers in over 40.
Established in 1988, IR is now one of Australia's premier software
exporters, deriving 96% of its revenue overseas. The company listed on
the Australian Stock Exchange in 2000. Mr. Killelea is an active Board
