JOHN L. DEVITA is a Principal at Altrinsic Global Advisors with primary
research responsibility for the global consumer and telecommunication
industries. He has been involved with international investing since 1991
when he began his career with Societe Generale Asset Management. His
diverse background includes extensive experience in international
securities analysis, trading and operations in equity, fixed income and
foreign currency markets. Mr. DeVita is a graduate of Villanova
University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Certified Public

JOHN D. HOCK is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Altrinsic
Global Advisors. Prior to founding the firm, he was Senior Vice
President, Portfolio Manager and member of the Investment Strategy
Committee at Hansberger Global Investors, Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Before Joining Hansberger in 1996, Mr. Hock was a Vice President and
Senior Analyst in the Global Securities Research and Economics Group at
Merrill Lynch where his analysis focused on overseas equities. Mr. Hock
earned a BS in Applied Economics from Cornell University and an MBA in
Finance from New York University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Profile
HARVEY E. HEINBACH is a Principal at Altrinsic Global Advisors with
primary research responsibility for companies in the industrial and
energy sectors. He began his career on Wall Street in 1969 with H.C.
Wainwright, where he became a general partner. From 1978 to 1996, Mr.
Heinbach was a senior analyst with Global Securities Research and
Economics Group at Merrill Lynch. After being elected to the
Institutional Investor All-American Research team for 20 consecutive
years, Mr. Heinbach retired from Merrill Lynch in 1996. From 1997 to
2000, he worked with Taurus Management, a Connecticut-based advisor of
global equity portfolios. A Chartered Financial Analyst, Mr. Heinbach
earned his BA in 1968 from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, and his MBA
