SEAN BEERS is the Director of Investor Relations for Columbia
Sportswear, a position he has held since the company went public in
March 1998. He oversees general management of all investor relations
activities for the company and performs various other financial and
legal functions. Mr. Beers is a Certified Public Accountant and has been
an Investor Relations Practitioner since 1995, most recently with
Fi.Comm, Ltd., where he served as a senior consultant to more than 25
small cap companies. He is an alumnus of Aloha High School (1984) and
