TOM BARTLAM is the Managing Director of Intermediate Capital Group Plc.
He graduated from Cambridge University with a degree in law and
qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse. He worked for
14 years for Charterhouse, the London based investment banking group,
where he was a Director of Corporate Finance and a Director of a number
of its private equity funds including the Charterhouse Buyout Fund. In
1989 he was one of the four founders of ICG where he is Managing
