ANDREW J. FRAWLEY founded Xchange, Inc., in November 1994 and has served as Chief Executive Officer since the company was incorporated in November 1996. Under his leadership, the company has grown from a one-product campaign management company to a multi-product CRM solutions provider, with revenues of $61.6 million in 2000. Prior to founding Xchange, he served as a principal of Grant & Partners Limited Partnership, a management consulting company. From May 1989 to July 1993, Mr. Frawley held various positions at MarketPulse, a subsidiary of Praxis International Inc., a developer and provider of database marketing products. Most recently, Mr. Frawley served as Vice President of North American operations, responsible for managing sales, marketing, product development, customer support and consulting. He is also a Director of Easy Phone, a privately held developer of call center software products.
