JUSTIN WHEATLEY is founder and Chief Executive of StatPro Group. He
began his career in the financial services industry in 1989 with the
Standard & Poor's Micropal, selling performance measurement software to
Fund Managers in the UK. In 1991, he founded Micropal's agency in
Switzerland. In July 1994 he took over Micropal's French office. In
