VICTOR M. LUHOWY has been President and Chief Executive Officer
of BelAir Energy Corporation since its inception in 1997. He has
over 31 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry
in Western Canada. Prior to 1997, he was Senior Vice President
and Chief Operating Officer of ELAN Energy Inc., a publicly
traded oil and natural gas company. Prior to joining ELAN in
1990, Mr. Luhowy held executive positions with intermediate oil
and natural gas producers based in Western Canada. Mr. Luhowy is
currently a Director of Blackrock Ventures Inc., a publicly
traded oil company and is a governor of the Canadian Association
of Petroleum Producers (CAPP). Mr. Luhowy is a Professional
Engineer of Alberta and has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical
Engineering from the University of Alberta and received a Master
of Business Administration degree from the University of Calgary. Profile
