JON HALE ACMA, BA (Hons) is the Finance Director of The Old Monk Company
Plc. He joined the Company in 1996 and was promoted to Finance Director
in 1997. Previously he worked as a Management Accountant for The Croydex
Company Ltd (formerly part of Lionheart Plc) and prior to that, worked
as a Financial Accountant for The Heritable and General Investment Bank,
part of CoreStatesGroup (Philadelphia) in London. He qualified as a
