ELLIOT GOLDMAN is presently President and CEO of ConnectivCorp. His
executive and operational career spans three decades in the
entertainment industry including his role as President and CEO of BMG
Music and senior executive posts at Warner Communications Inc. (now Time
Warner), CBS Records (now Sony Music) and Arista Records. Most recently,
Mr. Goldman has been President of his own consulting firm specializing
in operational and deal assistance to major and independent music
companies. Prior to joining the entertainment industry, he pursued an
active career in New York City and State government, beginning with the
1964 election campaign of Senator Robert F. Kennedy and including posts
as Legislative Counsel to a New York State Senator (1965) and Executive
Assistant to the New York Rent Administrator in the administration of
John Lindsay (1965-67). Mr. Goldman is a graduate of Cornell University
where he pursued special studies in government and earned his BA degree
in 1957. He received his LLB from Columbia University School of Law in
1961 and was admitted to the New York Bar. A guest lecturer at the
Columbia University School of Law, he is also an active supporter of the
