ERIC J. LARSON is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of
Nomadix, Inc. Mr. Larson is responsible for overseeing the overall
financial functions of the company. This includes financial planning and
policies, accounting practices and procedures and the management of the
company's three rounds of equity financing. Mr. Larson also directs
accounting, treasury, IT and human resource departments. Mr. Larson has
served as Senior Vice President and CFO of the company since June 1998.
Prior to joining NOMADIX_, Mr. Larson spent nine years at Arthur
Andersen LLP where he served as Manager in its Enterprise Division.
While at Arthur Andersen, Mr. Larson specialized in performing audit and
business consulting services for high technology and manufacturing
companies ranging in size from start'up to several billion dollars in
annual sales. Mr. Larson holds a BA in Accounting from the University of
Oklahoma and is a certified public accountant. Profile
