JONATHAN STRUM, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, of NadaPC, Inc., is
in charge of NadaPC's strategic direction and overall operation. He
brings a unique blend of consumer marketing, computer technology and
Internet experience to his role as CEO. Mr. Strum began bringing
successful businesses to the Internet at a time when there were only 50
Web servers in existence. He has developed winning Internet e-commerce
strategies and produced award-winning state-of-the-art Websites for a
broad range of Fortune 500 clients in the entertainment, medical, retail
and direct marketing industries. In 1993, he founded Interactive
Marketing Partners, one of the first Internet marketing strategy, design
and development firms in Los Angeles. This organization continues to
design sites and develop Internet strategies for some of Southern
California's most influential companies. An active speaker, Mr. Strum
has taught thousands of businesspeople across the United States how to
reinvent their businesses in cyberspace and fully leverage their
company's online sales and marketing presence. He has participated as a
guest panelist at Internet World and has also spoken at Direct Response
Expo, COMDEX and numerous other industry functions. His outcome-oriented
approach toward creating an effective Internet business presence has
been citied in Fortune, Industry Week, Success, Inc. magazine and the
Los Angeles Times. As an appointee to the Mayor's Special Advisory
Committee on Technology Implementation for the City of Los Angeles, he
helped to design a citywide technology blueprint for the future of LA. Profile

a nationwide online community through the distribution of no-cost
