JEFFREY B. GRAVES is CEO of UltraLink, Inc. Mr. Graves sets the course
for the company's long-term growth, financial backing, and marketing
strategies. From 1989 to 1993, he served as an Officer in the United
States Marine Corps, where he led an infantry platoon in Operation
Desert Storm. He began his insurance career in 1993 when he joined UNUM
Life Insurance Company of America as a Disability Sales Consultant and
Long-term Care Specialist. During his first two years with UNUM, Mr.
Graves received several awards for his outstanding results with the
brokerage community. In 1995, he moved within the UNUM companies to
Colonial Life and Accident as an account Executive working exclusively
with brokers. The following year, Mr. Graves won all three of Colonial
Life and Accident's top performance awards. To date, no other
representative has ever won all of the top awards in a single year since
Colonial Life and Accident's inception in 1955. Responding to his
brokers, carriers, and employer clients who desired a broader range of
products and services, Jeff founded Benefit Communications in 1997. By
the end of 1998, Benefit Communications had grown into one of the
largest enrollment companies in the country. Transamerica Assurance
Company awarded Mr. Graves and Benefit Communications two of their top
production awards for 1998. Jeff also received one of ReliaStar Life
Insurance Company's top production awards for 1998. Mr. Graves then co-
founded iBenefits, Inc., an employee benefits application service
provider. In two years he led iBenefits through rapid growth, a
successful merger with UltraLink in July 2000 and a corporate re-
branding as UltraLink in November 2000. Mr. Graves earned a BS in
