J.F. (Frank) Grenon, Chief Executive Officer. Grenon joined Innova from
California Microwave Radio's Microwave Radio Corporation, Digital Radio
Group (MRC - Digital), where he was president and founder. Grenon grew
MRC into a profitable $40 million run-rate company by forming strategic
alliances with numerous customers, building a new factory and ensuring
his company's products met ISO and other international quality
standards. Prior to MRC, he held various positions in engineering,
business development and sales and marketing for M/A-COM, Andover
Controls, Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and Technical Communications
Corporation. Grenon is a graduate of Harvard Business School, and
graduated summa cum laude with a BSEE from Ecole Polytechnique de
