THOMAS MCNEILL has been Secretary of the company since March 1997 and
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since
September 1997. From October 1996 to September 1997 he served as
Controller of the company. From March 1995 through October 1996 Mr.
McNeill was Director of Finance for Bellco Drug Corp., a pharmaceutical
distribution company. From January 1991 through August 1992 he was
Controller and from August 1992 to May 1994 he was Vice President of
Operations for the Marx & Newman Co. division of the United States Shoe
Corporation, a manufacturer and distributor of women's footwear. Profile
STEPHEN KATZ is Chairman and CEO of Global Payment Technologies, Inc.
Mr. Katz was also one of the founders and former Chairman and CEO of
Nationwide Cellular Service, Inc. of Valley Stream, Long Island, New
York. Mr. Katz graduated from Hofstra University with a degree in
Finance and began his business career at Cohn, Hall & Marx in 1967. From
there, he went to work for Suzette Fashions, where he later became a Sr.
Vice President and Partner. Concurrently, he also became President of
three separate companies: Confecciones Generales de CV, Hidaway
Creations Inc. and Contrans Trucking, Inc. In 1975, Mr. Katz was named
