Jacques De Cock – Patsystems Plc (pts.l)

JACQUES DE COCK is the Chief Executive of patsystems. Mr de Cock has extensive experience of both the financial markets and the supply of technological solutions to financial institutions. Prior to joining patsystems he was most recently a Director of ICL Financial Services and the Managing Director of its French division. He started his career as a consultant in 1982 with McKinsey &Co in Amsterdam, Dusseldorf and Brussels, becoming their regional expert in the European IT markets. After his MBA in late 1986 Mr de Cock focused on the financial services industry, particularly the capital markets initially as a Director, Co- Founder and part-owner of Spicer & Oppenheim Consultants ('SOC') working with clients in the UK, continental Europe and the US. In 1991, Booz.Allen & Hamilton acquired SOC, the company having grown to over 50 professionals by then. Mr de Cock then worked for Booz.Allen for five years in Paris, London and New York focusing principally on Investment Banking related assignments. Finally, prior to joining ICL, Mr De Cock was a Vice President with Mercer Management Consultants in London and Paris.
