Paul Stebbins – World Fuel Services Corporation (int)

PAUL STEBBINS is President and Chief Operating Officer of World Fuel Services Corporation. Stebbins had served as executive vice president of World Fuel Services and Chief Operating Officer of the company's marine division. He joined the company in 1995 when World Fuel Services acquired Trans-Tec, a company he co-founded in 1985. He has published numerous articles and is a frequent lecturer on the role of the bunker broker. Mr. Stebbins helped design the marine fuels curriculum for the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) and is the organization's Secretary. He is also a member of the US delegation to the International Standards Organization's (ISO) working group on marine fuel specifications. Mr. Stebbins was a founding member of the International Bunker Industry Association's (IBIA) Council of Management and served as its Vice Chairman from 1993-1995. Mr. Stebbins: World Fuel Services provides fueling, financing and

marketing services to the international
