John Alston – Rhonda Corporation (rdm.v)

JOHN M. ALSTON, a professional Geologist registered with the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta, and entrepreneur, is currently CEO of Rhonda Corporation and Hansa Corporation, both mineral exploration companies listed on the Canadian Venture Exchange, and Carmina Technologies Inc., a high-tech developer which recently registered with the SEC in Washington by filing form 10SB in preparation for listing on the NASD bulletin board. Active in oil and mineral exploration since 1949, Mr. Alston, since 1996, has also been instrumental in organizing a series of capital pool companies, three of which completed major transactions resulting in Visionwall Incorporated, an Edmonton'based manufacturer of high performance windows and curtainwall, First Step Incorporated, a Calgary'based shoe manufacturer, and Qnetix Inc., a high tech wide area networking provider, all obtaining listings on the Canadian Venture Exchange.
