DONALD S. MITCHELL was named CEO and President of Chaska, Minnesota-
based FSI International, Inc., in December 1999. Since its formation in
1988, he had been President of Air Products Electronic Chemicals, Inc.,
located in Carlsbad, Calif., a division of Pennsylvania-based Air
Products and Chemicals, Inc. From 1991 to 1998 he served as President of
Schumacher, a leading global chemical equipment and services supplier to
the semiconductor industry. Throughout his career with Schumacher, he
held various executive positions, including Vice President of Operations
and Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Mr. Mitchell has been serving
on the Board of Directors for Semiconductor Equipment and Materials
International (SEMI), a leading global industry trade association, since
1994, and served as Chairman of SEMI July 1999-July 2000. Profile
