TIMOTHY J. SEESE has served as President and Chief Operating Officer
since March, 1991 and a Director since April 1991. Prior to joining
Exactech, Mr. Seese served as President and Chief Executive Officer of
Meritech, Inc. a development stage company involved with infection
control products. He served as President of the Critical Care Monitoring
Division of Becton Dickinson and Company and held senior marketing
positions with Deseret Medical, Inc. and Cobe Laboratories. He began his
career at General Electric and entered the medical device industry with
Baxter. Mr. Seese's education includes a BS in Metallurgical Engineering
from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA from Harvard University
